here are some nice things especially for u:

• u are here, u exist, u are safe and u will get through any uncomfortable feelings right now, try not to worry

• the dress looks different colours to different people because of how our eyes can interpret light differently, it is nothing else, it is just some people’s eyes working differently to others

• its okay to panic, it’s okay to get worried sometimes, everything u are feeling is valid and u are okay

• if u are disassociating try focusing on ur hands or feet, wiggle them or squeeze them and focus on where u are now in the room

• its ok if u can’t stop disassociating straight away, that’s normal! the most important thing is to keep reminding urself of positive things, say the first bullet point aloud if u need to!

• the dress meme is on twitter and tumblr, so avoid those if u need to and play an app, get a drink of water, watch some tv or hug a soft toy

• here is a nice game where u can play with sand and make mountains with it (the sand makes a static-y sort of sound where it falls, so maybe turn ur sound off and play some relaxing music instead!)

• here is a lil game i like to play where ur a ghost who is haunting people so they will leave ur house! no time limits and cute effects (tw that some people may die, but u dont see it and they join u in the end as ghosts!)

• if u can’t search it urself then here is a playlist of nice soft piano music with a crackling fire! and here is one without a crackling fire if that’s not ur thing!

• just keep urself away from tumblr for a bit if u can and take care !
